I really want to give four stars, but I can’t because I’ve been treated great here and love the space. The only reason I have an issue now is me trying to get an appointment for a deep cleaning and to be told there’s no appointments until May is kind of crazy to me. Then to be told to call the Harlem office and I live here in Bedstuy. Loved it here, but it’s time to move on.

They took me back right at my appointment time. The cleaning was comfortable and thorough. The dental hygienist and dentist were very pleasant and professional. In and out in less than an hour!

I had a great experience. Very thorough and amazing customer service. Felt very comforting and relaxing and the dentist makes me anxious. So this was an amazing visit. Left with some dental goodies and future appts set. Will continue coming back.

I take my daughters to this practice called Bitesize Pediatric right? They love it. It's a fun place to go for them. It's colorful and they feel good being there. I've always thought some of these touches would be dope for an adult centered practice. That's SMILE SPACE! This is the most grownup feeling experience. It's elevated. It's a VIBE. The people are friendly and professional. The music playing louder than a whisper is a MOOD. I look forward to the dental work I got coming up and it won't be a comfortable procedure (I'm tender "gummed" - haha). This place is it. I think I just ruined my chances of getting any available future appointments whenever I want them...but I meant what I said.

I visited today because I was scared my tooth was infected and low and behold it was. They were first of all able to squeeze me in very very last minute as well as schedule and extraction the same day. I was greeted very well and my dentist was phenomenal. I came in nervous and also very embarrassed at the state of my teeth and the fact I have been neglecting them for so long. They made me feel zero shame or judgment and took care of me with the upmost respect and care. The office itself is small but BEAUTIFUL. They have a beautiful outdoor space you can wait and they also offer you drinks(non alcoholic of course) as soon as you enter. Everyone was so nice from reception to the physicians. They offer you so many things to alleviate nervousness such as headphones so you can hear the television in the room instead of all the loud instruments and even provided me a stress ball in case I felt any pain or anxiety. I would highly recommend and do plan on going back whenever I need to get anything done. Thank you SMILE SPACE ❤️

I discovered the SmileSpace on Instagram last year and I wished I had made an appointment then! Every one of the staff members are gems, they are kind, compassionate and professional! I finally made a call on 9/11 in the middle of a tooth crisis after seeing that there weren’t any available appointments until November and was immediately greeted by the wonderful Frank. He was a joy to speak with, he listened to me and jumped into action and offered me an appointment that same afternoon which I could not make. He gave his word that he would call me the next day with something. The very next morning he called me with an appointment for 9/15. It was such an amazing experience, Fern my hygienist was gentle and attentive, that was the best deep cleaning experience, I told her I owed her dinner for it and Dr. Mary was top notch. She took the time to explain my tentative treatment plan and I’m excited to discuss it and move forward. What Dr. Corey Black created is magical with state of the art equipment and techniques. MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!

Came here for a biannual cleaning, hands-down, the best dentist experience I’ve ever had!! everyone there was so genuinely kind and patient. Somehow I remembered my appointment time wrong, but the staff worked with me to miraculously fit me in. My cleaning was soooo thorough! The doctor was also very considerate in confirming insurance policies and fees with me. The hygienist was patient, gentle and very good at what she does! Will definitely make this my local dentist spot.
